Education for Employment (EfE)

Education for Employment Initiative

A strategic bridge between education and the economy, strengthening workforce readiness, supporting private sector growth, and contributing to inclusive and sustainable national development.

Strategic Alignment

The initiative is designed to align learning outcomes with labour-market needs by integrating practical skills, employability competencies, industry exposure, and lifelong learning pathways. EfE emphasises job readiness, entrepreneurship, productivity, and adaptability across priority sectors of the Ghanaian economy.

Programme Administration and Delivery

The Education for Employment Programme is administered and delivered through a collaborative, multi-stakeholder model that engages a broad ecosystem of education, training, and social development actors to ensure relevance, scale, and impact.

PEFG Mastermind Alliance

Education to Employment | Knowledge to Productivity | Compassion to Opportunity

The PEFG Mastermind Alliance is a humanitarian, knowledge-driven, and sponsored community designed to bridge education and employment through collective intelligence, applied learning, and competency-based progression. Operating as a structured community of learners, practitioners, mentors, and sponsors, the Alliance transforms education into employability, entrepreneurship, and dignified livelihoods, with a deliberate focus on vulnerable and underserved populations.

Turns Learning into Job-Relevant Knowledge

Formal education, training, and lived experience are refined into industry-aligned understanding and workforce-ready insight.

Translates Appreciation into Workplace Application

Knowledge, values, and qualifications are converted into practical skills, innovation, and measurable performance in real economic settings.

Migrates Confidence into Market-Ready Competence

Mentorship, peer accountability, and experiential learning transform self-belief into proven capability that meets labour-market and enterprise demands.

Extends Humanitarian and Sponsored Pathways

Through sponsorships, scholarships, mentorship funding, and strategic partnerships, PEFG removes financial, social, and structural barriers—ensuring that talent, not circumstance, determines access to opportunity.

Structured Progression Model

Education Skills Competence Productivity Employment or Enterprise

"The PEFG Mastermind Alliance functions as a compassion-powered community and pathway platform, where humanitarian support is intentionally sponsored, education is economically activated, and opportunity is transformed into dignity, income, and lasting national value."

Collaborating Partners & Target Groups

Through this integrated delivery model, the EfE initiative promotes co-designed curricula, workplace learning, mentoring, certification, and transition-to-work support, ensuring that beneficiaries acquire market-relevant skills and sustainable employment pathways.
